The horrible party

When Jae's best friend, Mya invited her to a party she was reluctant at first. However, after some convincing she found herself in the club with bright flashing lights and music pounding like a heartbeat in the background, but little did she know that this party would turn into a night filled with terror. The place was full of people which there was no one there she know. Laughter echoed through the air, mixing with clink of glasses and the scent of rum and citrus. Unknown to Jae, the drinks were spiked, and as the night progressed, the once lively party-goers began to transform into sinister figures with glowing eyes and wicked grins. She said oh no! what shall I do am so afraid her hands started shaking. Heart pounding. Her chest tightened. She glanced around the room searching for a way out. She managed to slip away unnoticed, her heart racing as she navigated through the dark corridors of the club, but the maze-like layout only seemed to lead her deeper into the unknown, the sinister figures hunting her like shadows in the night. She ran straight to the washroom to think what she will do. Just then she saw her brother heading with some of his friends so she was now more afraid of him telling her mother about her whereabouts than the sinister figures lurking in the party, little did she know that her brother and his friends were also part of the twisted plan that awaited her, she was trapped with no escape in sight. She peeked through the bathroom door hoping that she can safely escape. But there stood a tall figure, breathing heavily, with razor sharp teeth, waiting right out the door for her. Just then someone came and call him Jonny I like that costume I forgot to we are mine now he said but to her surprise, the figure's eyes softened, and he whispered to her, "Quick, follow me if you want to live," as he opened another hidden passage in the back of the restroom, revealing a secret escape route she never knew existed in the club. she quickly followed him with sweat trickling down her forehead and her heart beating loud in her ear. She gripped tightly on his strong arms having faith that he will rescue her. she soon came out in a open space where she saw some of her friends she know and she felt a little more safe. she used her phone and called her father to come get her because sh e realized that the real horror of the party was not the sinister figures or the twisted plan, but the betrayal of those she trusted the most, turning a night of fun into a night of survival, leaving her wondering who she could truly rely on in the darkness that surrounded her.
